The RS-2 universal sieve grain cleaning machine is designed for preliminary, main and secondary cleaning and grading of cereals, pulses, oilseeds and technical crops with different levels of piliness and smoking.
The RS-2 grain cleaning machine consists of a vacuum cleaner, a flat screen separator and a control panel.
It can also be equipped with a cyclone and a wire.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The operating principle of the RS-2 separator makes it a multifunctional machine!
- Universal and versatile (scalper and separator functions).
- The power of the suction system fan is regulated by a frequency converter.
- Quick and easy removal of grids.
- Grids cleaned with rubber balls.
- Reliable construction, no vibration, noise or cuts.
Grains pass through the suction system. Larger pieces of grain that have passed through the suction chamber are deposited in the settling chamber. After aspiration, the grains are deposited on the grate.

Die Universal-Sieb-Getreidereinigungsmaschine RS-2 ist für die Vor-, Haupt- und Nachreinigung und Sortierung von Getreide, Hülsenfrüchten, Ölsaaten und technischen Kulturen mit unterschiedlichem Pilz- und Rauchgrad bestimmt.
Die Getreidereinigungsmaschine RS-2 besteht aus einem Staubsauger, einem Flachbildschirmabscheider und einem Steuerpult.
Sie kann auch mit einem Zyklon und einem Sieb ausgestattet werden.
FUNKTIONSPRINZIP
Das Funktionsprinzip des RS-2 Abscheiders macht ihn zu einer multifunktionalen Maschine!

- Die Leistung des Gebläses der Absauganlage wird über einen Frequenzumrichter geregelt.

Die Körner laufen durch das Absaugsystem. Größere Körner, die die Absaugkammer passiert haben, werden in der Absetzkammer abgelegt. Nach der Absaugung werden die Körner auf dem Rost abgelegt.

La máquina universal de limpieza de grano por tamizado RS-2 está diseñada para la limpieza y clasificación preliminar, principal y secundaria de cereales, legumbres, semillas oleaginosas y cultivos técnicos con diferentes niveles de pilosidad y ahumado.
La máquina limpiadora de grano RS-2 consta de un aspirador, un separador de pantalla plana y un panel de control.
También puede equiparse con un ciclón y un alambre.
PRINCIPIO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
El principio de funcionamiento del separador RS-2 lo convierte en una máquina multifuncional.
